Holiday Cottages
Set in gently rolling countryside, our cottages are at the heart of a 35 acre riverside farm. A perfect place for a memorable holiday!Situated in the tiny hamlet of La Riviere, we have renovated a large stone Charentaise farmhouse to create the holiday cottages. Both are fully furnished and centrally heated.
We provide all linen except swimming towels.
Dampierre village with its beautiful Renaissance chateau is 2km away. It has a bakery and a little grocery. The nearest supermarkets are at Aulnay, a 10 minute drive, or at St Jean d'Angely 20 minutes away.
About an hour away are the historic centres of La Rochelle, Rochefort, Saintes and Cognac.
